I have learnt there are many different conditionals. Each has its own usage for reported speech. This will depend on the tense used. I now realise they are many different purposes of using \"if\" is used at the start of the sentence. I will be more viligent when I use these sentences to be aware of the tense I am using to ensure my response is grammatically correct.This unit was the most complex. It went over phrasal verbs (verbs created by a phrase of two words), clauses, modal auxilary verbs (helper verbs like might/can/may) and passive voice. Clauses can be dependent, independent, and defining relative or indefinite relative. Passive voice is when you rearrange a sentence to make the subject either less important or indefinite.
