TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB INCLUDE:
organising courses
planning, preparing and delivering lessons

checking and assessing pupils' work
organising and running specialist courses

OUR TEACHERS MAY BE REQUIRED TO:
work with elementary or secondary levels students providing English instruction to classes or individual students.
undergo extra training to learn the special needs of adult and child learners.
develop a curriculum that takes an overall approach to English study or they may focus on a specific aspect of language use, such as life skills, literacy, or vocational and workplace English.
combine basic studies with real-life interactions involving language use in different situations, such as shopping, schooling, job hunting or working with English-speaking co-workers.
be knowledgeable of their students' culture and recognize differences that may affect a student's ability to acclimate to a English-speaking environment.

Our teachers will be required to produce lessons including pronunciation techniques, quizzes, textbooks, videos and computer lessons.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential qualifications:
A recognised TEFL / TESOL teaching certificate.
The course must contain at least 100 hours of TEFL input

Essential skills:
punctuality, attention to detail, classroom management, inclusive manner.

EF Harbin is a modern English school established in 2010 as part of the English First franchise. We currently have two centres with around 1,000 students, and plan on opening a third school in Harbin in the near future. Due to these expansion plans, we are looking to add to our team of dedicated foreign teachers. We are seeking dedicated and passionate EFL Teachers who are available to start immediately.

Our school caters mainly to Young Learners (7-16 years old) and Very Young Learners (3-6 years old) but also has some adult classes and one to one tutoring, allowing our teachers to gain a broad range of teaching experiences. Applicants should ideally be comfortable teaching all ages and levels, although we do aim to match teachers to their preferred age groups where possible.
We have had teachers come from all over the world to experience teaching in China and living in Harbin, and many choose to stay on with us well beyond their initial contract due to the friendly working environment as well as the strong academic training and support they receive.

UNI-Prep Institute is seeking confident English speakers and avid travelers to teach English to children and adult professionals in various locations throughout Germany. This position is ideal for both native and non-native speakers. No teaching experience required is required, but preference will be given to TEFL qualified applicants with experience. EU citizenship or work permit is not required.

We have summer (June and July), 6-month and year-long positions available. Teaching experience is not required, but fluency in English is required. The students are eager to learn but the teacher must be equally eager and excited to teach English. The teacher's lesson plan has been developed by our experienced staff however, but there is fruitful opportunity to implement your own teaching style and flavor to the curriculum.

Teachers will be working 25-35 hours per week which includes teaching the course material, holding office hours for students asking additional questions, and grading exams and written assignments. We offer a salary of 2,000 + euros monthly.

Idiomas Watson is a dynamic and growing school in the heart of Valladolid with a great combination of student ages and teacher nationalities, centering mainly on spoken English. Although we have been in business for over 20 years, our demand for English teachers is growing as more Spanish children, university students and professionals are required to speak English for their careers and find our methods of mainly spoken English highly effective.

We are looking for professional and enthusiastic native speaking teachers. The position involves teaching general English to all ages and levels and some business English. Classes include teenagers and adults in groups as well as in personalised one-to-one classes, and also teaching English to young learners. Our “target language only” policy means that English is used exclusively in class so a high level of Spanish is not essential. Although, we consider that some knowledge of Spanish, a TEFL certificate and some experience would be an advantage, greater value is given to your commitment, dedication, personal qualities and skills. Valladolid is the heart of the historic Kingdom of Castilla, the birth-place of the Spanish language, so probably the best place to improve your command of the language.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Salary is paid on an hourly basis for 20-25 hours/week, which ends up at between €800 and - €1,400 a month clear, depending on experience and the teacher’s command of Spanish. Accommodation is provided right in the city centre, just a 1-minute walk from the school.

Since consideration is given to your professional development, regular meetings are held with the Director or Head of Studies where teachers discuss best practice. New ideas are gleaned from other teachers, internet and an extensive staff library.

REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must be native level speakers of English. Preference will also be given to experienced, TEFL qualified teachers with E.U. passports and a good university degree. The ability to speak Spanish is useful but not essential. Familiarity with technology would also be useful.

You will be in the school ‘Conversation with Foreigners’ with its unique in-house curriculum that draws on the students’ desire to share their traditions and uphold their cultural identity. Content reflects the realities of Cambodia and incorporates many aspects of Cambodian life. ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
There are two lodging options: full board accommodation with a host family or independent housing, depending on your own interests. Families in these programmes are linked to the school and chosen by its principal. In fact, they host the Language Assistant on a volunteer basis to experience a cultural and linguistic immersion. Partly because of these obligations with the family, the assistants living with a host family will be teaching at the school 4 days a week. During the programme, the family will cover meals and accommodation expenses.

DESIRABLE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Native-level English speaker.
• Recent graduates (last four years) OR university students OR gap years.
• Hold an EU passport or residence permit.
• No previous teaching experience needed.
• Someone who enjoys working with children and/or young people.
• Energetic and imaginative.
• With no criminal records.
• Competence in the Spanish language is recommended, but not necessary.

PERKS OF THE PROGRAMMES:
• Join a Spanish school teaching 20-24 hours per week.
• Take a certified course given by a Spanish university, which could be a 20 ECTS Expert in Bilingual Education course or a 6 ECTS TEFL or AMET course (paid by the programme).

PEC is an English school with 300 students ranging from kids to adults. We are looking for a full-time native level English speaking EFL teacher who is friendly, likes children and gets along well with others. We have an original one-on-one, baby, kinder, and kids teaching method which we have created during our 41 years of operation. We also have adult group and family lessons. Our foreign teachers are expected to teach mainly with Japanese partner teachers.

We are the flagship university in the SUNEO system of public universities in the state of Oaxaca, and are considered one of the leading institutions in southern Mexico. LOCATION:
University/college campus in Huajuapan de León, a city of about 80,000 people situated in the beautiful state of Oaxaca, halfway between the colonial cities of Oaxaca City and Puebla.

Please note that all travel to the university, housing expenses and visa fees have to be paid for by the teacher. The university does not pay for travel expenses, housing or visa applications (initial or renewals).

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Wage: Take home pay is approximately $13,500 – 16,000 MXN per month, depending on qualifications and experience, which is a very competitive local salary. Teachers also receive benefits including healthcare, savings plan, bonuses and 5 weeks paid vacation.

Copey Learning Centers is a community-developed, non-profit education center and is an ideal place for TEFL graduates to use their skills. It was developed and is run by local community members to provide English as a Foreign Language classes to students of all ages. The learning center is located in the Zona de Los Santos, a mountainous region two hours south of San José.

VOLUNTEER POSITIONS:
All positions are volunteer English teaching positions. Volunteers teach approximately 15-20 hours per week and are responsible for planning their own lessons. Volunteers should have experience teaching EFL/ESL or another subject, an EFL/ESL certification, and/or a degree in education.
Volunteers receive free room and board in the home of a local family. Room and board includes housing, three meals per day, and basic amenities such as laundry. Because we are a community-based, non-profit entity, we cannot provide a salary or stipend for our volunteers.

Living with a local family provides volunteers an opportunity to become part of the local community, experience Costa Rican daily customs and lifestyles, learn Spanish, and participate in a cultural exchange. While your primary role will be teaching English, you will also have the opportunity to develop other projects. In the past, our volunteers have built community gardens, taught dance classes, and formed a children's choir.

LOCATION:
Our community is located in the beautiful Zona de Los Santos, Costa Rica, about two hours south from San Jose (the capitol) in the heart of the coffee growing region of Costa Rica. We are surrounded by beautiful mountains, national forest reserves, and some of the best bird-watching in the world.

WHEN:
We are interviewing candidates on a rolling basis. We ask that all volunteers commit to a minimum of three months, but volunteers available for longer stays (6 months or more) are highly preferred and will be given preference. We are currently looking for a number of volunteers to start in September.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
* Native level English Speaker.
* Some knowledge of Spanish.
* Undergraduate or graduate degree in education (or related) and/or ESL/EFL certification and/or 1 year-plus experience lesson planning and teaching English.
* Experience teaching and working with children or teenagers.
* Willingness to integrate with the local community and live with a local host family.
* Must be resourceful, flexible and independent (both in working and living arrangements).
* Commitment to service and volunteerism.
* Should be computer savvy, able to use the internet, Facebook, etc.

VOLUNTEERING:
Because we are community-based, there is no fee to volunteer with us nor can we offer a salary or health insurance.
Our program does provide:
* Lodging and 3 meals per day in the home of a local family. Accommodations include a private room and laundry facilities.
* Teaching materials.
* Ongoing support from the learning centers' board members and a director to help meet your needs and resolve any challenges that may arise.
* Transportation from Juan Santamaría airport or your current location in Costa Rica to the community.
* The volunteer is responsible for his/her flight in and out of Costa Rica for the duration of his/her stay.

ABOUT THE CITY:
Nalchik is a balneological and mountain-skiing resort (mount Elbrus) located in the south of Russia, the capital of Kabardino-Balkaria republic. The city stands on the Nalchik River, in a picturesque place at the foot of the Main Caucasian ridge. The scenic mountains around the city are favorable for tourism (hiking and mountaineering).

SUMMARY OF CONDITIONS:
The cost of living isn't high compared to those in other Russian big cities as Moscow, St Petersburg which allows you to live comfortably enough. Thus, a freshly cooked meal bought in a nearby supermarket is 50 -150 RUB; in a café – 150-250 RUB. The infrastructure of the city is simple and effective enough. There are public transport links (buses, minibuses) to all corners with 15-17 RUB per ride. An intercity taxi ride is approx. 50 – 150 RUB. All the streets are clean and walkable. Parks and numerous green patches make the cities truly livable. As for crime rates, they are one of the lowest in Russia. The airport of arrival is the Mineralnye Vody Airport.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teaching English in compliance with the existing programs
- Lesson preparation
- Controlling students’ educational progress
- Regularly assigning homework and providing constructive feedback to students

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum one year EFL teaching experience
- Master’s degree/Bachelor's Degree
