Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.
Gained a better understanding on the Past Perfect Continuous as well as how to properly explain it in the future. As most of my students got confused that the past perfect continuous and the past perfect. This unit was also a great recap for myself on the past tenses. Made notes on how to explain it in an easy way to my students as well as what kind of examples to use. This unit outlines the past tense in various forms such as past simple, past continuous, past perfect, and past perfect continuous. It does a good job of explaining the rules pertaining to the different forms of past tense. The lesson also does a good job at drawing the distinction between the different tenses as well as highlighting the forms and usages of each tense.
