TESOL TEFL Reviews - Video Testimonial

In this ITTT TEFL review a group of international students describe their experience during their four week TESOL/TEFL course in Chiang Mai, Thailand. ITTT's TEFL certification course provides trainees with the principles, theories and methodologies of TEFL plus practical classroom teaching experience teaching real students. All teaching practice sessions are observed by our teacher training staff and you will therefore receive constructive feedback and reports on your strengths and weaknesses when teaching.

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

The productive skills -- speaking and writing -- present unique challenges. Writing especially may take added time in developing handwriting ability if L1 does not have the same alphabet characters as English. Ensuring that the characters are easily readable is important. Spelling becomes a crucial skill to avoid misunderstandings and to reflect a level of education.Conditionals are a bit tricky to use correctly. but, if we can identify the tense we are trying to refer to (ex. past regret) then we know which conditional form would work (3rd conditional). With reported speech it is important to identify all the words that need to be changed, back shifting the verbs, pronouns, and time words, in order to correctly form the sentence.
