What type of TEFL teacher is most in demand?
What mental picture do you have of an ESL teacher? Someone in formal clothes in a traditional classroom delivering English lessons to rows of uniformed children. Perhaps a ‘T-shirt and jeans backpacker’ at the beach discussing adverbs with a group of adults in a bamboo hut? Both exist, but which is in most demand?
