This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

I have learned the different roles that teachers need to play in the classroom, based on both circumstance and personality. There are differences between teaching adolescents of varying ages and adults. A teacher must be aware of these things in addition to being able to gauge their learners' proficiency level while maintaining their interest and confidence in English. This unit was based on the theory of classroom management. The unit begins by discussing the significance of eye contact, gesture and the voice in regard to attaining students attention and increasing their learning. Next, the unit explains the different ways to group students in the classroom; this involves whole-class grouping, pair- grouping, and individual working.
