In this unit I got an in depth look at all of the tools and aids which can be utilized for assisting with teaching. I learned about developing lesson plans around these different kinds of equipment, and all the advantages of each one, plus things to be cautious of. Apparently what should be a helpful tool could fail and possibly embarrass a teacher if they aren't readily preparedWhile Examinations are good for gauging student's progress, and prior/retained knowledge, from my experience they can be an extremely daunting task. I feel that it's important to not put too much 'weight' onto exams and tests to ensure that students don't feel too stressed about it. However on the same coin, it is important that they take the test seriously for their own benefit.
