This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.
During this unit, I focused on how to arrange my classroom so as to better maintain class discipline and ensure that students are getting the most out of their time in my class. Along with discipline, rapport is also important to establish early on so that the students, especially younger ones, feel that the teacher cares about each of them and their individual progress.A teacher can have order in the class without being domineering. To have good rapport with your students is important and this can be achieved by basic respect towards all students. Class arrangement (furniture), voice intonation, teacher position in class, eye contact, grouping of students, should be used effectively to have a positive influence on effective teaching.
