In this TEFL review video, Mark from the UK talks about his experience studying with ITTT. Mark took the 120-hour online TEFL course with tutor support and videos. He decided to take the course so that he could teach English in Northern Thailand. Mark had a very positive experience taking the 120-hour course and is now taking a specialised course in teaching English to young learners.
Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.
when teaching young learners, problems outside the classroom is not under the teacher's control. major advantage when teaching a multilingual class is that the students will be able to help each other in their native language. correcting all mistakes is not a suitable technique for teaching beginner class. problems outside the classroom is not under the teacher's control. This unit was much more difficult than present tense or past tense, and I'm a little confused by the fact that present simple and present continuous are considered a future tense. I do understand why because it can have a future meaning but it's still technically present tense. I don't know; I thought it was strange and definitely something that will confuse ESL students.
