TESOL TEFL Reviews - Video Testimonial - Julia

Julia from Russia completed her TESOL course with ITTT. Julia tells us in this TESOL review video that she found the course to be interesting, informative and useful. She learned a lot of new information about teaching English as a foreign language that she can use with her students. Although her decision to take the course was a spontaneous one, she doesn’t regret that decision and is hoping to be able to travel to China to teach English and gain some new experiences.

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

This unit was very helpful in introducing ways to teach the most important language components; vocabulary, grammar and functionality. The unit explained the most appropriate ESA approach to use to teaching each components, in addition to the most important items to cover in each stage. Teaching flow examples for each component were also displayed through out the unit.Unit 13 does a great job at breaking down the basic concepts of phonetics and how to use them correctly in a class. I found it very interesting to read the questions in phonetic script and use it to answer the questions. The phonemic symbols chart does a great job at breaking down the voiced and unvoiced consonants and how they sound when connected with other phonemes.
