Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.
In this lesson I have learned about the different parts of speech and how each word is purposed to form a full sentence. How a verb and a subject are used to form a basis of a sentence. As well as how adjectives are used to describe nouns, and how the articles are used to determine if the noun is specific(definite using 'the') or nonspecific(indefinite using 'a/an').Unit seventeen is mainly about teaching equipments. In this unit explanations are given on how to employ various teaching aids such as interactive whiteboards, videos and DVDs, overhead projectors, etc. to deliver an effective and more interesting EFL lesson. Finally, some useful online resources including dictionaries, learning and teaching materials are presented.
