this unit is basically on coursebook and lesson materials.i learnt about the two type of materials such as authentic material and created material, and the reason for the use of authentic material such as, they are real and therefor more interesting and motivating, student gain confident when they understand them, they can be geared to the interest of a particular group of student.Throughout this Unit, I was able to learn about equal value of reading, writing, listening and speaking. Moreover, this unit taught me to define the RECEPTIVE skills of reading and listening as markedly separate from writing and speaking. Nonetheless, this Unit- through its sample lesson plan, also taught me how to blend both receptive and productive skills into one dynamic lesson.
