In this unit the types of student assessment was covered. This unit showed some of the various external tests that are available to ESL students, but also the types of examinations that teachers use to check students' levels and progress in a class. This has given me a more in depth understanding of how exams help to steer a course in the right direct for the sake of the students.unit 3 delved into the methodologies of teaching the English reviewed the engage, study and activate (ESA) principles of learning. I enjoyed the different teaching strategies and examples of games that can be used in a classroom to activate the learner in a fun, exciting and educational way.I enjoyed the boomerang and straight arrow version and design of lesson plans.
