In this TESOL review Alistair describes his experience as a TEFL/TESOL student with ITTT. He shares how the four week in-class course was a life changing experience for him and how deciding to do the course was one of the best decisions he ever made.
Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.
I found this unit extremely difficult, and don't think I will have done very well in this test. I feel I will need to go over it again a couple of times to grasp it fully.
I would think that some of the units have been common sense and very easy, maybe this unit should be divided into two units and some of the easier units joined together.
I felt it was a lot to absorbThis unit went over the rules and usage of the past tense and provided some teaching ideas on how to go about teaching it. Just like the simple tense unit, this past tense unit was simple enough to understand and use, but when having to explain it in layman and simple terms, it became a challenge, mainly because I've never had to really explain how to use it in the past.
