How to Pronounce 'PHREAKER' - English Pronunciation

 

In this episode, we cover the pronunciation of the word "phreaker". This word is a noun and refers to someone who one who gains illegal access to the telephone system. The word become widely popular in the mid-1980s and is likely a combination of the words "phone" and "freak". Modern phreakers are very specialized hackers breaking into the phone system of large companies and corporations.

I found this section quite daunting. I became cognizant that my speaking and writing knowledge of the language is excellent; however, my understanding of grammatical rules to be almost non-existent. I do believe that the content in this section will be reviewed many, many times, regardless of my occupation.Managing a classroom is all about having firm and clear expectations and having the students ultimately responsible for their own learning. Creating a positive learning environment free of judgment and criticism is important for the confidence of each child. A reward system with point and prizes seems to be a great practice to creating positive behavior habits of each child.
