OTP Demonstration Lesson - Richard - Study Phase - Second Conditional Variation

"In this video, our OTP trainee Richard holds his demonstration lesson about the second conditional. In his study phase, he explains the structure of the second conditional tense and the variation with ""could"" instead of ""would"". ITTT's Observed Teaching Practice courses (OTP) are ideal for teachers wanting to improve their teaching skills remotely from anywhere in the world."

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

The most parts of the unit have a lot of potential for my future use. At the moment, all my lessons are online, although I do have an IWB which I always use. There were a lot of online resources suggested that I can definitely use, though. Because most of my learners are in business, I particularly like those websites that are geared towards business, the economy and politics. There are so many different types of aids and equipment that can be used to supplement lessons with relevant information. Some of these include visual aids, cassette recorders, video camera's, dictionaries, over head projectors, a board etc. All of these tools can be used to help demonstrate particulars in lessons and, if used effectively, maximize learning through engagement.
