Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

This unit was about how conditionals and reported speech is used in English. It is important to make sure that the students have a very good foundation when it comes to verb tenses before teaching this topic as it relies heavily on how each verb tense changes. It may be hard for a foreign students to understand this if they haven't been exposed to English before.I've been studying English since my childhood (I hope, I choose correct tense:)), but I don't feel confidence still , when I use different tenses. This is extremely interesting and necessary grammar. I guess, drilling and repetition helps students remember it. As usual, I'd like to notice, that the most interesting way for studying tenses I find different games.
