When I started to learn that unit I thought that managing the class is the thing that i can do easily as far as I had experience of managing large gropus of people of different ages, social levels, religion, color of skin etc. However, after studing it I realized how I was wrong. this very iportant part of studies for ESL teachers, I realized now and learnt a lot from it.This unit helps us to learn hoe to properly write a lesson plan but also how to individualize it to our own needs of our class. Helps us to troubleshoot should any problems arise. Keep the class involved and interacting as to learn as much as possible from each class/lesson. We as new teachers are going to have to learn and develop our own formula that works best for us.
