I feel now ready to start looking for employment with young learns. I have previously worked with children as an educator but not for foreign language. After completing this course, I have found many resources that I can use to find a great future teaching the children of Vietnam as it is a very up and coming country to be in. Thank you for the insightful lessons. It is important to create rapport when teaching. There are may things that come into play when creating a comfortable learning environment. The teacher needs to figure out how to arrange seats based on personalities, ethnicity, age, and class/room ratio. It is the educators duty to be kind and involve all the students. You need to be stern and strong but not yell.
