Great Unit with lots of wonderful imput for understanding and teaching phonetics, pronounciation, intonation and stress. some great exercises were given and good practical teaching suggestions. It made me want to use the International Phonetic Alphabet in my classrooms a bit more. I particularly liked decyphering the phonetic spelling - it was like doing a puzzle. This unit reflects on structure of lesson planning. The information helps to organize and give an outline on activities and what as a teacher want students to learn. I have learned how to create forms to create documents for writing lesson. Plans which make teaching easier. I have learned about focusing on student goals and using the ESA system to achieve them.
