This module discusses the two productive skills which are the speaking and writing skills. Both are very important in assessing the student's accuracy and fluency in the English language. Though writing is considered as the most neglected skill in TEFL, this is actually as important as speaking as it enhances and develops the student's creativity when it comes to writing. Speaking also needs some level of fluency as it requires fast thinking especially when faced with questions as the student would need to come up with an answer right away. I also learned that teaching productive skills is not limited to classroom discussions but can also have simple childhood game to develop a student's skill.
