Thanks to this unit I have learnt a lot of useful techniques in order to deal with reluctant students e.g. use of plenty of pair work and role play. There are also activities mentioned for warmers which are extremely important to get students inspired and motivated. Furthermore, solutions given to cope with different level in the classroom are really beneficial such pairing strong students with the weaker ones so that the students can help each other to improve their English and the teacher can monitor the procedure.
