The unit helped me in learning how to manage a class, which includes how to interact with students, what factors to consider when trying to build rapport with the class, identifying problems in students' behavior, and more. As it turns out, there are a lot of factors to consider when managing a class, such as classroom seating arrangement, the benefits of individual and group assignments etc. The unit really helped me in understanding the factors I need to assess when teaching in a class. The unit also helped me in understanding how to spot and deal with students who have behavior problems.
