This unit shows two contrasting videos that have been filmed in an actual English language classroom, using real students of English. The same teacher presents the same lesson subject to the same English language students. However, there is a significant difference in the atmosphere in the classroom, teacher’s attitude, teaching style, lesson structure, as well as a difference in the level of understanding amongst the class participants. All of the factors matter in a successful session.
