This unit is a good guidebook to managing classes when a small issue arises. The classes I teach in the private school where I work usually have around 10 students aged from 3 to 9, so I'm confronted with many of those issues on a daily basis: classes of reluctant students who keep using their native language. Trying to keep all of them interested and focused, entertained and involved, when they all just want to play or go home is a daunting task, one that requires me to renew activities, content, materials, etc. on a weekly basis.
