In this unit, there was a lot of surprising but sensible information here that I believe will be very useful in a classroom setting. One of them was a tip in the section about names, how when calling on a student, make sure you put their name at the end of the sentence so that everyone will pay attention. Though small, it shows how much there is to learn about classroom management when even a small tip like that can make a big difference.
