This unit looked in how the teacher manages and arranges their classroom as well as how the teacher can use things like eye contact and gestures to help aid understanding and class control. One aspect of this unit i think is very important is learning the students names, this is one area that I struggle with and I will have to figure out a way to help me in remembering. Many of these concepts in this unit I feel is trail and error for teachers. You need to figure out what works best for you and your class.
