This unit explains the differences between tests for evaluating students at different times of studying. Progress test and diagnostic test are vital to get to know how much students know and what they will need to learn later in the course. There is also time that students feel more confident after final exams and they get more motivation to get a good mark and go to the next level. So I think progress test should be continually taken in order to encourage students to review and revise their knowledge of English.
