I learned many things in this unit, from classroom arrangement to establishing rapport between teachers and students. I was taught the importance in classroom seating styles, and how there are many factors to how, and who sits next t each other. This can depends greatly on nationality, personalities, and ages of the students. Knowing and understanding these things will help with teaching smoothly and effectively. Building rapport is important as it helps with making the class successful and enjoyable. Some ways to do this include allowing students to correct each other and share ideas and personalizing the activities to fit the students surroundings and interests.
