In this unit, I have learnt the roles of a teacher, a good student, and how culture, motivation and age plays a vital role in the learning experience of a student. The roles of a teacher are all very important to the teacher student relationship, for example, it is important for the teacher to asses their students, to have an idea of the stage of their learning and to give feed back. To be a motivator, facilitator at times, be a motivator, a tutor and sometimes a manager. Culture plays a key role in how a student communicate, the motivation and the age of the student is also important, as all these components plays a key role in the learning experience of the student.
