This unit helped me to clarify a lot of things about class management. It describes how the teacher should use the gestures, voice, students' names and eye contact in the class. Also, it gives some real life tips about students’ grouping, classroom arrangement, teacher’s and students’ talk time, maintainance of discipline and rapport in the class, giving individual attention to students and giving instruction. Also, it covers some more sub-topics of class management. I am sure that I will try to follow most of them in my future classes.
