This unit is about teaching receptive skills, listening and reading. These two being equally important, it's essential to practice these as the language must be processed in the brain when doing these. It's important to pre-teach the vocabulary, which I also know to be very true having learned a few languages myself. It's also important to choose the right texts and choose a variety in order to reach out to all the students and their level.
