Watching the video was VERY HELPFUL. It gave me a chance to see the difference between what not to do & what to do. In the 1st 1 the Teacher was AWFUL. He kept wiping his nose on his sleeve, looking outside & at his phone. Was NOT good with the Students at all...just HORRIBLE! Some of the words the Teacher in the 2nd video taught the 1st teacher only quickly went over & didn't even write them on the board. Then when he was having them play the game...that was just a HUGE MESS! The Students didn't even know which line to stand in much less know what they were trying to learn from it. The 2nd Teacher was just so much more organized, helpful, nice, & really seemed to care about what he was doing & what the Students were learning. Really nice & helpful to get a visual of what BAD vs. REALLY GOOD teaching looks like.THANK YOU AGAIN!
