This unit has been chock full of useful information on running a class I will definitely look it over more times in the future to keep the details on establishing rapport and managing problem behaviors fresh in my mind. I will make sure to practice the tricks it has taught me for usage of my voice, gestures and eye contact. And will try to remember to keep my talk time in mind for any future classes I teach.
