The first lesson was extremely painful to watch. As a native English speaker I was confused as to what the teacher was trying to accomplish at first, and I could not understand him in his speaking. I have encountered teachers of this ilk before. I wanted to fast forward through the video; if I were a student I might have left the room. While the second lesson video was not perfect (I would have used a flip chart with pre-written sentences to save more time for the Activate lesson) it was quite good.
