This Unit gave insight into lesson planning by first explaining the three key functions for why it is necessary (an aid to planning, a working document, a record) then going into the details of the procedure itself, and what should be included. Also, the unit touched briefly on the planning of a sequence of lessons, elucidating that it's basically the same as planning for a single lesson except for a few minor discrepancies such as 'flexibility', 'goals', 'revision', and 'variety and balance'.
