The most important learning point for this unit would be that the way the entire lesson will progress is dependent on the teacher's attitude. In the first video, the teacher was ignorant and seemed like he did not care about the class as opposed to the second class where he was jovial and encouraging. The students will want to learn more effectively when the teacher puts in effort to teach. I have learnt that identifying the various parts of an ESA lesson is not my strong point and I will return to the ESA unit to improve my confidence in lesson planning. I believe that this would greatly affect my confidence in teaching.
