This unit is focused on issues that an English teacher might have to deal with during classes. It covers the topics of creating rapport with students and amongst students, how to start and motivate students for a class, how to address the issue of different levels and how to deal with large classes. Furthermore it gives ideas how to deal with classes with large amounts of students, what the reasons for using the native language of students might be and how one can counter that and how to include students that are reluctantly participating in the class. I found this unit quite brief but filled with some tips on how to address these different issues when facing them in class.
