I learned that your attitude can heavily affect the energy of your students. If you are dull and do not give them credit for the things they do right then they might be demotivated and reluctant to participate in the lesson. However, if you are enthusiastic and kind then they will be highly effective with the class and exercise participation. I learned that it is better to learn your students names and engage them equally throughout the class and help them understand and/or correct mistake they make.
