Unit 18 covered Modals, Phrasal verbs and nouns. The unit explained the basic rules of modal auxiliary verbs which I mostly already understood but then the unit also went into the correct usage of the passive voice, relative clauses and phrasal verbs which I do know however I never studied it in depth as someone who is not and English speaker would study it so I did learn some new rules from studying about those rules.
