Watching these two videos gave me the exact understanding of how the good lesson should be done and what kind of mistakes and errors should be avoided. In the firs lesson the attitude of teacher was not welcoming and he started the lesson without Engaging phase which was not good beginning. On the other hand the second lesson was successful because the attitude of teacher to lesson and students was different from from first lesson.
