Unit 9 focuses on lesson plans for teachers. Lesson plans ensure the teacher is well prepared for class. A lesson plan creates an intentionality behind the lesson because the teacher is thinking deeply about learner objectives, personal aims, anticipated questions, etc. Therefore, I believe a lesson plan aids teachers, especially new teachers, in having a better, more well-rounded, classroom experience.
