In this unit i have learned the different ways i can manage my classes and effective methods i can use to establish rapport with students and the students with each other. From the use of eye contact and gestures , class arrangement to giving instructions and maintaining discipline in the classroom these are very useful tips and i'm so glad i got to learn about it today and i feel that having all this knowledge has gone a long way to making me a good teacher.
