In this lesson we learned how to cope with teaching larger classes, involve students who are reluctant to participate, and give extra work to quick workers. I learned the importance of warming up the class to get them in study mode for the day instead of starting off the class with "Good morning and now lets start!" I learned to pair stronger students with weaker ones when faced with teaching a class with multiple language levels and that it is also helpful to split up weaker students and stronger students and give them different worksheets that pertain to the same subject.
