I learned a lot from this unit It is powerful knowing teachers have a voice and can be effective when teaching a class, being able to manage the students , Understanding how to group class is helpful knowing the advantages and disadvantages this method makes it easier to organize when doing group, pair work and individual work
also knowing about different behaviors in the classroom and how to cope with them as well as recognizing some of them and how to deal with them is important
such as family problems, low self esteem , boredom, this has been a big help in understanding some things to expect.
