There are clearly so many factors that can influence a class such as different levels, culture, problems with equipment and many others, so every teacher needs to be able to troubleshoot effectively. First lessons are critical to gain the confidence of the learners and to establish rapport between them. One challenge is having different levels in the same class, so the teacher needs to provide more options for the more advanced learners, but still using the same material. Overall, it has been a very interesting and enlightening course.
