In this unit I learned about course materials and a more in depth discussion on authentic and unauthentic materials that we touched on in a previous unit. The largest topic of this unit was course books which I recognize now that we have always been required to have text books but growing up in school I rarely used them except to get the problems out of them for homework reasons. So, I think this unit just reiterates the idea of having a mix between using the course book and created materials to meet your students needs.
