Unit 20 was a troubleshooting unit and it taught about the common problems that can happen while teaching English and the common solutions to these problems or issues. The unit taught about first lessons and building rapport, new groups and existing groups as well as how to make teaching a large class go more smoothly. I learned some new ideas from the sections on first lessons and the ideas for first lessons in this unit.
