This unit focuses on importance of creating lesson plans, especially for an inexperienced teacher such as myself. I feel like it has taught me why a lesson plan is required (e.g. It acting as an aid that I can refer to in the middle of class), how it should be written up (e.g. Simple, this is especially important for me and my team teaching as a ALT) and what should be on it (e.g. Learner objective(s), procedure, etc).
