This chapter clearly laid out different classroom management techniques and aspects. It is important to know when to be in charge of the classroom, and when to let the students be more 'in control' in student led activities. It was useful to see different methods and circumstances for discipline and teacher feedback as I think sometimes it can be tempting to feel like the teacher needs to have 100% control of the classroom at all times, which leads to a lot of TTT instead of STT. The chapter clearly laid out ways to avoid this temptation.
